Refund & Return Policy

At Kidex, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products (school equipment, playground items, flooring, and custom installations), specific return conditions apply as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • The product must not be custom-made, special-order, or manufactured upon request

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Products manufactured according to specific measurements, colors, or configurations

  • Products prepared for installation or already installed

  • Special-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If production, customization, preparation, or installation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or documentation to assess the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Kidex reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
